For our City’s Rhythm, Your Surprise! event, our company aims to fundraise RM10,000. Any donations exceeding this target will not be accepted, and any shortfall will be topped up by Bangsar Heights Pavilion. Please read these terms carefully.
1. Eligibility
1.1 Donors:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Individuals under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use this platform.
1.2 Beneficiaries:
- Must be registered entities or individuals who comply with all relevant laws and regulations in Malaysia.
- Are required to provide accurate and complete information for verification purposes.
2. Donations
2.1 Purpose:
- Donations will be allocated exclusively to the specified campaigns or initiatives listed on our platform.
2.2 Flexibility:
- In cases where a campaign or initiative is fully funded or discontinued, Bangsar Heights Pavilion reserves the right to redirect funds to alternative projects within the same purpose or scope, ensuring they benefit similar causes.
2.3 Non-Refundable Policy:
- Donations are generally non-refundable unless explicitly outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.
2.4 Currency and Payment:
- All transactions will be processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
- Payment gateways used are secure and comply with relevant financial regulations.
3. User Conduct
3.1 Prohibited Activities:
Users must not:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Use the platform for unauthorized or illegal purposes.
- Attempt to breach the security of the platform or access unauthorized data.
3.2 Accountability:
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.
4. Platform Rights
4.1 Modifications:
- Bangsar Heights Pavilion reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.

Return and Refund Policy

- Finality of Donations: Donations made through our platform are generally non-refundable. However, exceptions may be granted under specific circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate transactions.
- Technical errors during payment processing.
- Fraudulent activity or unauthorized transactions.
- Refund Request Process:
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to marketing.jbcc@bangsarheightspavilion.com within 3 days of the transaction.
- Include relevant details such as the transaction ID, amount, and the reason for the request.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of the request.
- Administrative Fees: Any refunds issued may be subject to deduction of applicable administrative or payment gateway fees.
